Description of issue

RedRogue POI is missing (Akua Sector) Appears to be missing from the playfield.yaml (when comparing to RE template yaml of same playfield.

Once you get the coordinated to go to the RedRouge, nothing shows up (even on map show) Checking the yemplate .yams, showed the aabove entry missing. (at least on Akua sector template), I did not check a different starter as I understand Akua is the "most complete" of the starter planets. ;-)
