1 week ago Thanks this is a game bug with the game not using the PlanetClass on the solar system map. If you actually go to the moon and look at the local map while on the surface it should be called Barren Moon. It is an unreported game bug that will need to be reproduced and reported in a vanilla save game (or a custom scenario if the vanilla game does not use the PlanetClass playfield parameter).
Basically, it's a game bug. I will attach the directions on how to report game bugs in case you or someone else does want to report it, but again it may only happen in custom scenarios.
When reproducing a game bug in a vanilla save, make sure you are using the same mode (singleplayer/co-op/dedicated multiplayer, survival/creative) as what you were using when the issue happened in the scenario.
