Repeatable quest plausible deniability: everything spawned non hostile, could still kill them with manual sv weapon but I dont think its intended.

Repeatable missions haven't been updated from RE1. Will be disabled in the next update until they've been overhauled. Technically, this one should still work, but the drones won't be hostile because of a game bug that requires eleon to fix.
