Upgrading devices with multitool #24

Description of issue

Turns out devices can be upgraded with a multitool without researching an actual upgrade in a tech tree. Just upgraded my advanced plasma thruster to antimatter and then realized that i haven't researched antimatter thrusters in tec tree at all.

And i think i also did the same thing with medium laser turrets earlier, but not sure.

Sometimes restarting the game back to windows desktop can fix this I think, but this is a game bug and will need to be reproduced and reported using a vanilla save game. When reproducing a game bug in a vanilla save, make sure you are using the same mode (singleplayer/co-op/dedicated multiplayer, survival/creative) as what you were using when the issue happened in the scenario. I have never been able to upgrade turrets with the multitool in RE2 in a month of playing, not able to reproduce in Vanilla since these turrets aren't in Vanilla. Even the tooltips for the turrets don't mention upgrade or downgrade.
