I'm not sure if it is game bugs or scenario problems. Didn't saw this errors in RE1 or Vanilla

Unless you can pinpoint it happening in a specific type of playfield or around certain POIs this is likely a game bug. Nothing in the error points to any scenario configuration.

I can provide bigger log starting from enter playfield. And I saw this kind of errors on streams.

No that wouldn't help. Unless there's an error message that mentions something about yaml, it's likely a game bug. Empyrion can pop up all kinds of weird errors for no reason that's known to us.
