3 months ago Not yet... There is no way to trigger any events from spectator right now with the exception of reloc

3 months ago Custom commands are not possible in "stable" so when that is a thing in stable i will add it

Great work, RavinMaddhatter. Is it possible to add a (esc) menu option to return to previous gamemode while in spectator mode or at least return to previous gamemode option in your pack’s GUI permission settings? Without using commands (cheats enabled), I’d like to choose a setting (gamemode) to default back to after having entered spectator mode. It would be fantastic to choose which gamemode to actively switch to without logging out, but the option to return to previous would be a much appreciated addition if possible. My scenario is having an admin account go back to creative mode (or any mode/previous) to make world additions/fixes/etc… without having to relog into survival and make my way to a preemptively planned command block with “/gamemode c @s” or using foresight each time to place a new and unsecured command block just before entering spectator. It’s just a quality of life request to make my job easier whilst having CHEATS DISABLED, so other players can still earn achievements. I suppose I could use teleport to go back to my hidden command block for creative and teleport back to wherever I was at the time, but I’d have to write down my coordinates before entering spectator each time…..Yeah, I’m really hoping to not have to do that as the extra work and prior planning would deter me from even using the feature.
