[Possible Feature Update] Moving through Portals #4

During a test of the Plot World during a live stream players would get items and go into the end and work there way to fight the Ender Dragon or go into the Nether and mess around. This would lead to Players asking to be /tp back if stuck. If possible have players inventory cleared upon going through Portals or completely disable portals from working.

Portals cannot be disabled.

I may be able to tp them to the void and kill them if they go through a portal.
