Add java sources (and javadocs) to maven repo #295

Intellij will automatically offer to download them from the repo the first time 
you try to view the sources.

Sources are more important to me than the docs (Intellij will build the docs 
from source if they aren't available).

I'm assuming the other IDE's offer similar functionality.
