Add support for Chromecast #21

This feature would enable installing tv sets anywhere in the house, with no cables except the power one.

This is not on my power. This would require a transcoding profile for Chromecast which must be implemented by the DVBViewer developers.

The recording service is already doing the transcoding, and it can be "called" from any browser within the Lan, and a TV program can be chosen, but not on a TV ( as far as I know..) so.. therefore a "button" for Chromecast to tell a chromecast device to go to Recording service url for example 198.168.0.100:8089 and play a given TV channel.

One could put in a GoogleCast App and just use transcoded DVBviewer Media Server url's eg. I've used these kinda urls /flashstream/stream.webm?preset=WebM%20HD%203600%20kbit&ffpreset=ultrafast&vcodec=vp8&amp;acodec=opus&amp;delay=3000&amp;keepres=hv&chid=<mychannelid> succesfully with this https://github.com/googlecast/CastHelloVideo-chrome/

One thing though, Chromecast doesn't seem to support uid:password@ within URL so one would need to set some Media Server settings, for example <section name="TrustedDevices"> in \ProgramData\CMUV\DVBViewer\Config\svcuserdata.xml
