Addition of Big Cat as an Entity in the Lang #88

This is so death messages and mods like HWYLA show "Big Cat" and not "entity.untamedwilds.big_cat"

A few capitalization changes are added aswell, along with the "Bison bison bison" scientific name.

Damn, I'm dumb

I forgot about this PR until I got a related bug report a few days ago, if you don't mind, I'll close it and replicate the PR myself for the 1.18 branch (with due credit, of course)

Unless there's a big shift of plans, I'm not supporting 1.16 anymore (outside of significant bugs), and this isn't enough to justify a new version
