Update Pricing, Add Terms and Conditions, Bug Fixes, Navbar fix and Clear Password Input on Authentication Reset

This PR includes the following updates and fixes:

Updated the pricing plan to display a limited-time offer with crossed-out old prices and highlighted new prices.
Added a Terms and Conditions modal that requires acceptance before form submission.
Fixed a bug where the thank-you message was still displayed even when navigating back to the Inspection Order form from the navbar.
Resolved an issue with the navbar where the user after submitting the report clicks on the admin link on the navbar to go back to the admin enter password page.
Resolved an issue In the Admin component where the password input was not being cleared after an authentication reset.
