Do not auto-create SYFactoryPresets and SYParameters by default #13

The problem is that if you ship without these files, they will be auto-created 
on the end-user's computer. In case you are installing the plug-in in the root 
Library and the end user is running a non-admin user, there will be a 
permission error when trying to create the files = failure to launch the AU.

These files should be created by the developer once and included as resources 
instead.

One solution would be to not create them if NDEBUG is defined.

In 1.3b they aren't created when NDEBUG is defined.
