remove German item from English list #5

I'm not sure if this is correct, but it seemed like a good place to start.

I also noticed that my local storage still had the item stored and can't quite think how to remove it.

I wasn't aware of this issue, but it should be fixed now. My consistency checking is a little overzealous and it needs to be pulled out manually from another place. Thanks!
