[FR] Delay Argument #14

A delay that could work like this: python3 kbot -something time and the bot would wait that long also a argument that could add inconsistency so the bot don't answer the at the same exact time every time

Just seems like something that would be nice for people who don't want it to just answer right away

Why wouldn't you want to answer right away? The whole point of this bot is to get a perfect score.
