There are possible reasons why managers might want to mark a worker as unavailable on all days: i.e. the worker could be on a training program or they could be temporarily unavailable for a week or two. Therefore, this feature is reasonable. In any case, the manager must intentionally mark all the days to be unavailable, hence it is very unlikely for them to accidentally set a worker's unavailability status to the whole week and having such a feature would not affect the normal usage of the product.
