P1: Modifying any student causes an App Crash #459

Modify any existing student. Click Save You get this error:

The input is not a valid Base-64 string as it contains a non-base 64 character, more than two padding characters, or an illegal character among the padding characters.

@RaymondYounan . I just checked the Person table and the PersonID was set as varchar(128) instead of int. I changed it to int and the error went way. Please confirm if this is ok.
