Admin tools #118

I'd like a concept of 'admin' users. This can be simple to begin with, just something that let's me delete and edit other user's pastes (or even just delete) without having to drop to the database. We can add more interesting things on top of that later as we think of them.

Could be a totally separate app? Is that even worth it?

Well it would simply be a discrete admin app. Maybe it's a silly idea? I don't know even.
