Added CodeMirror download to bootstrap.sh and added ability to configure the editor #131

Codemirror is a git submodule. All you have to do is fetch those. The other thing should be a separate pull request, and '0' is not 'false'.

facepalm Sorry. Why pygments is not a submodule? I guess it's important to clarify inside install notes about pulling submodules.
