Add amok example (node module, npm scripts, code in browser.js). #196

Hi, I updated the hot-reload example to include amok (http://amokjs.com/). The tests didn't pass, I am unsure what to do, so I commited without them passing.

Looks ok to me! Maybe make a note in the 'Special sauce' comment that webpack and browserify use it, so amok users know they don't need it.
