Upgrade typescript eslint to latest version. #11

This issue has been fixed https://github.com/typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint/pull/1960

I don't think i've upgraded the version of typescript-eslint yet.

I also need to check what version I can upgrade to because standard is pinned to eslint 6 and not eslint 7.
