Add support for Postgres #226

Because we completed #11

Currently we only support MS SQL Server, but Raytha will soon work on Postgres too.

This is currently in progress and will be released as v1.4.0.

Remaining tasks on jsonengine branch

[x] Implement FieldType JsonQuery methods and update postgres module to use those methods
[x] Create v1.4.0 migrations for SQL Server so both DBs are in sync
[x] Create raw SQL scripts for both
[x] Check to see if the raw SQL scripts have the initial Inserts that I found in v1.3.0. Not something I remember.
