There are few logo designs to add to the Readme

Logo designs can be further improved. Tips-

Don't use hyphens in between "Codeforces-Rating-Predictor"
Maybe we can use a different color combination in the text area.
Put the files in the assets folder

Here's how the current landing page looks like. We shall use the same logo in README.md as well as the landing page. We might have a different favicon.
