Fix: Inactive staff saber can deal damage #216

Demo

21:58 <ineedblood> the guy standing
21:59 <ineedblood> and, if he turned on his lightsaber

                   you couldn't get it back and threw yourself to death while attacking. 
                   After respawning, you'd get a ghost saber like the one I showed you. 
                   The problem is that I don't really know how it happened here

Cannot reproduce @ineedblood is issue still relevant? Could you check please

@EpicLoyd just realised this but I left JKA long ago. I couldn't even find out why it happened at the time
