Fix: amtelemark default name #241

using amtelemark without name specified will add a telemark named default_playername - it's hard to remove it if the player name has special characters

Removing now works with the ids of telemarks. Now using the amtele command is hard if you want to tele to a default telemark with special characters in the name.
