Meditate bug with amsleep #365

When someone uses /meditate and we use /amsleep, the player can still walk. He cant use the saber but he can flipkick.

Heh, confirmed. Will work on a fix tonight.

For anyone else looking into it: setting legsTimer, torsoTimer or pm_type does not fix it.
