amrename admin string not displaying correctly #422

Reported here Announce is never used. Doesn't need to be implemented (since rename goes in the console) We can probably just change the string to "You have been renamed" (non-announce strings are not substituted)

Fixed in 42d7cf5 - don't actually announce it, just prints to console like JA+ ("force-renamed")
