TaskManager not handle click properly #599

It happens not every login. After click on app window not unminimize, but task start moving around panel. Right click on task opens panel menu, not task menu. Steps to reproduce: Open 2 windows. Iconify one. Try to restore it. I am using KWin.

I'm using kwin, couldn't reproduce the bug though. More information/investigation needed.

It maybe a bug with my mouse - because it resets after killing a panel. Sorry for insufficient report.

OK then. Let's leave the issue open for a while. If there is no new information in say a month, it should be closed.
