Support --manifest-path #107

Hello, I love the tool! I am currently attempting to use it in a larger project that requires pointing at a workspace remotely. That is to say it requires calling cargo bloat NOT from the Cargo.toml dir and instead passing --manifest-path. This however doesnt seem to be working and I was wondering what would be needed to add it? Happy to help out. Thank you

This project currently has no maintainers, aka abandoned, sorry.
