--remove-unused-segments (default) removes object #146

Prozessing File:CIA_WorldFactBook-Political_world.svg with

$ svgcleaner CIA_WorldFactBook-Political_world.svg output.svg

leads to a remove of some objects at the antarctis. before: min input

after: output output_cut

My computer is not able to edit it in Inkscape with GUI nor with notepad, or at least very very slow, so I couldn't/didn't prepeare a minimal working example.

Well, this is one big, bad file. Will see what I can do here.
