Hi Razviar, yes multiple times, but the issue persists.
I can see that we have user TidyIce86#57561 with user ID 287924 in our database, but respectrive website user 287924 for some reason is missing. Moreover, I can see your collection and matches uploaded into DB under ID 287924. Have you used "delete account" tool for your account?
Basically now you need to register a new account on the website, repeat sync process and tracking should resume.

But you don't need it. Just register a new account and sync it (after the settings wipe ofc)
