Several requests, mostly concerning set-selection #176

I play a lot of Historic and aim to collect 4 playsets of each expansion/remaster. The following features would help a lot in keeping track and clarity:

  1. Set-selection option for each set that has one or more cards. (f.e. those present in Anthology)
  2. Option "Non-craftable" in the pulldown menu "All cards / Boostable / etc.". (thus far non-craftable is Alternative Art if I judge correctly?)
  3. Checkbox "Exclude non-craftable".
  4. Keeping the option "Collection" available in the pulldown-menu "Collection / Collection off / etc.". It now disappears after selecting a different option.
  5. More distinction and clarity in the Arena New Player Experience cards. In MTGA Pro there is only the ANA option, while searching S=ANA and S=ANB in the MtGA client yields seperate (and far fewer) results.
  6. Adding the set G18 to M19. (considered part of M19 in the MtGA client)
  7. Removing cards that are not present in the MtGA client. (f.e. several cards in 21 pre-Ixalan sets)
