Account is not syncing #179

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Step 4 Step 5 Step 6

My mtg arena pro is not syncing with the website and none of the functionalities listed for the overlay are working, how come?

Make sure you are logged in with your overwolf account. Now I can see that instead of overwolf username there empty variable is being transmitted.

Thank you Razviar I'll try that. I am logged into overwolf and the app is running in the program so I don't understand why the mtgo pro app says the game isn't running. Anyway I will give it another bash.

I have this issue and My appropriate MTGA nick is showing in the settings/profile information in the app. As a matter of fact, the tool has stopped syncing on Jan 2019. mtga.cc/u/Seikojin App version 2.1.9 The sync button turns to awaiting... and stays that way. Made sure log paths are all appropriate as well.

Try updated version. Don't forget to wipe settings and re-syncing anew.

Awesome! The version I have is the same, however, wiping the settings and re-syncing worked. However, this won't stop the app from forgetting to sync my logs. Do you know why that happens? I know I have it set to start with windows and stay minimized. I play arena just about every day, so I am thinking something to do with starting in minimized is the bug.

I only have mtg arena on my mobile phone and would like to use all the tools that this app brings, is there anything I could do?

@gi32 unfortunately mtga developers are not providing and possibility to do that. The only way is to install mtga on pc/Mac and launch the game there from time to time to get tracker synced
