I am encountering this bug as well.
I tried wiping all settings but now the program does not give me the option to re-sync the account.
Is this happening after MTGA update?
Yes, it started happening after the MTGA update today. I wiped the settings as well and am getting the same results as belugas64's screencaps.

Well, then it have nothing to do with 20th version update, it's WOTC doing breaking changes again. We will try to fix it asap, but it needs investigation. And currently we can't even download updated mtga client since it's loading too slow.
Thanks for your hard work and dedication, we really appreciate everything you put into this program.
It will take a day or two to restore traking, since we will have to review some basic concepts on which this tracker is reliant.
Take your time, we are forever indebted to you for this program in the first place.

If I can help by submitting log files or anything I am willing to help. They changed several things in the logs it seems.

Just wanted to add that I have the same problem but in addition this morning I found the tracker (2.1.20, Mac OS) using 100% CPU when I unlocked my screen and after killing it and starting it again the CPU usage is fine but then it said I had to resync my account and when I click sync it shows me a screen on website telling me this account is already synced with another account. I tried "wipe all settings" button and now it says I have to sync but interestingly it shows that my "MTGA nick:" is:
ossThreadLogger]<== PlayerInventory.GetRewardSchedule {"id":15
So I guess something has changed in the logging structure and it is getting misparsed somehow...
Anyway just wanted to share that in case it is helpful with your analysis.

Thanks so much for fixing issues faster than Magic Arena can. I can't even log in yet but I will test it when I can.
I still get this. If I tell it to skip, it still does not sync any data.
@chronuss try to wipe settings and start over
@Razviar I have wiped settings. It still results in the same. I get this after wiping all settings.

@chronuss can you give me some details: how exactly step by step are you getting this error? Do you have 1 account? Also, it might help to manually wipe C:\Program Files\Wizards of the Coast\MTGA\MTGA_Data\Logs\Logs folder, restart MTGA and then try to launch Tracker.
@Razviar I do only have one account. I do not have MTGA installed in the default path, I have it installed in J:. I deleted all the logs in \Logs. I uninstalled/reinstalled tracker. Wiped all settings Set the path for \MTGA_Data Started tracker. Started MTGA. Still only get the option to sync this account, then get the above screenshots. If I skip, tracker just says Skipping this account and no data syncs.

Just checked it out and everything seems to be working for me again. I had to do Skip Account, sync my old logs and then it let me Sync Account normally the second time I tried.

Still no joy. I have tried every combination but it will not sync, I keep getting told it's already synced with another account.
@chronuss we will investigate your case deeper. At this point I can advise just wait for a few days while we looking into it
Will give you any information you need.
Did some fixes in users DB, for all users with issues similar to @chronuss issue should be resolved after tracker settings wipe and re-sync.
That did it. Up and running now.
Just want to report as the original poster that the tracker works now that I've tried it. As I said, I can't thank you enough for reacting faster than Magic Arena!

Desktop: Windows 10 App version: 2.1.20
The new version of the program is having issues finding my user credentials in log. I keep getting this message when I open the program:
And the message does not disappear whether MTG Arena is open or not.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I have restarted my computer and reinstalled MTGArena.PRO. This issue existed before the Arena patch update today, and continues to exist after the Arena patch update.
I just tried uninstalling again and re-installed 2.1.19 and 2.1.16 and both of them are giving me the same issues, so I am not sure if I am the only one with this issue now. The program was working fine for me yesterday.
