Please check if antivirus blocking any tracker dlls. Also try to restart everything, wipe settings and re-sync. Some people might need to run tracker as admin to get collection synced
When everything is working as it meant to, you should be able to see your collection output in log. Specifically, line
[MTGA.Pro Logger] Collection
in your C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\LocalLow\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA\Player.log
If there's no single [MTGA.Pro Logger] line in log despite MTGA is running and tracker is active, then something went wrong.
No [MTGA.Pro Logger] line in log indeed. Will try running tracker as admin.

Describe the bug My collection has not been updated since August 19.
To Reproduce I rarely played during summer and saw issues with collection update following Innistrad release, so was not really worried by the problem. Now I am back, I see the tracker is supposed to be updated, yet my collection is not updating. Everything else (matches, results, and so on) are updating correctly.
Tried to sync old logs in the tracker, no change.
