Shire terrace draft bug #368

Whenever Shire Terrace shows up in draft, the overlay stops updating until you move to the next pack, i.e. it shows the previous pack.

  1. open tracker
  2. enable draft overlay
  3. open arena
  4. start quick draft
  5. draft until shire terrace appears
  6. notice overlay is incorrect
