Program saying item is on world it's not. #221

It is telling me the Talisman of The Sun is in The Great Bole, but it is not. Sorry if i'm missing something, first time using the program. Just a bit confused.

Im having this issue too. Losomn: The Great Hall - Whispering Marble N'erud: Tower of the Unseen - Legacy Protocol All the same campaign role. (I've done 30+ clears so it's probably not a case of me missing a hiding spot (The Great Hall for example is super linear) *This is in Campaign.

Just found the Whispering Marbel it was in the Forsaken Quarter. So looks like it's pulling weird.
