can't delete folder #26

when I run the manager, it tells me that there's a new update, so I close the program, went here, download the updated program but when I wanna delete the old version, I got a 'folder in use' error. I check task manager, and there's seems no remnant savemanager open. is there another program i need to close to delete the old remnant manager folder because it's kinda cumbersome to restart the pc just to delete the old remnant manager folder

The save manager doesn't use any other programs and doesn't do anything to "use" the folder where it's located. There must be some other program on your PC using that folder for some reason. You also don't have to delete that folder to use the new version; just put the new version there and run it.
