lights are white #16

hello Razzokk, whenever I try to use colored light in 1.12.2 the color of the light emited is white. is there a setting I need to turn on or off. thanks for your help Minecraft 1 12 2 9_14_2019 10_55_16 PM

never mind, i didnt reilize the albedo mod wasnt running
