Colored lamps and /fill commands #8

OK, so I love this mod and I was building a TARDIS interior with it. My console had an "emergency mode" button that was supposed to turn all the blue lights red by using a /fill command with a replace tag. But it doesn't work! We can use the basic /fill command to fill an area with colored lamps but we can't use it to replace existing one.

So are the lamps actually replaced and the color of the light is not changing or are they not even replaced?

It place the lamps but not in the way I want. It always act like a classic /fill command, even if I use the outline or replace tag. Basically it just fills the whole area with lamps
