Adding a repository.json file for hass add-ons #1

Hello, Thank you for your work! I've simply created a simple repository.json file to make it works in Hass correctly and moved your files in a subfolder hass-deepstack. I've tested in my fork, I could know add the github url as a repository in Hass. Have a good day

Nevermind, I've just found that you have a separate project as a HASS repository, that pointing to this part of code !
