Update for OpenAI API 1.0 #2

The current API changes the interface for the chat endpoint, and the edit endpoint is gone.

This PR is just so that the tests pass. More extensive changes will be required to bring the documentation up to date, and to implement new features of the API.

Would you be open to my adding functionality to the module? I'm thinking e.g. of retries, supporting chains of messages...

Sure, I'm not precious about the library -- just needed to have an easy API.
