Add voice chat support #3

Add YouTube support to it, as well as playing raw files from URLs

Impossible for now, unsupported by Discordia.

[20:15] Tenrys: Is it possible to do voice related things using Discordia? It looks like this bot is able to, but I can't find any of the methods used here in the Discordia API.
