Good point. Came across the wrong way and I fixed it (I hope). What it is supposed to mean is: Run the shell as normal user and if you want to start the desktop as normal user, run "start-xfce" and if you want to start the desktop as root, use "sudo". Hope it's better explained now.
As normal user: As root user: start lines need swapped
