💡 [需求] <标题> Add option to switch to another launcher without loosing full screen gesture support

需求内容

Currently, hyperos does not let 3rd party launchers to have gesture navigation. There are many 3rd party launchers that are very good and are missed because not being able to use the navigation gesture can be a deal breaker for many. So, I humbly request the devs to give it a thought.
