I85 creat event functionality creat event page #134

This PR is for event creation page. Go to localhost:3000/eventcreation to see the page.

  1. Added date and time input to event creation: image

  2. Added Turkish - English translation image

However, the backend right now doesn't accept event time as input. SO you wont be able to create an event until backend has resolved this issue. Muhhamed already knows about this.
