@kwritenow for this and #61, we're currently checking for whether the phone and/or address is blank (example in the screenshot below). It looks like the problem for this resource and the others like it is that some information is in the wrong columns, since the website is in the phone number column here.

I'm closing this and #61 for now and making a new issue for data cleanup
