2 years ago Thing's we have tried:
- Installing in documents (Previously was installed in a administrator only area, only realised cos Alcatraz had to be ran as administrator to load)
- Giving fire wall access
- Reinstalling DSF
- Reinstalling Alcatraz
- Used the auto installer for Alcatraz

Not an issue with me but my friends aren't able to play online, they just got a connection issue however I don't get the error, this has happened with 2 of my friends and they are using copies that may or may not be legally purchased
