fix typos #26

@jsta introduced the change. It was originally "imply" and the meaning fits well as we do not employ anyone :-) Formally "employ" could also be used (at least according to the webster dictionary) but it is not its most prominent meaning and, in my opinion, would cause confusion.

Maybe a more natural word would be "include"?
