nfs PV fixes #66

fixed nodeSelector and toleration in demo-pod.yml
fixed bool whens in pre_sanity.yml
added nfs-utils package to nfs.yml
synced up nfs.j2 with upstream
ensure ClusterRoleBinding and RoleBinding is deplyed to kube-system namespace
