Because this is a fork that is only supposed to enable functionality with the GmsCore support patch, issues such as this would have to be resolved upstream. We can release the other build configurations, but upstream also doesn't, so we don't either. Why don't they?
Huawei user here I can sign in with the above settings.
And you need to download the original yt to make the spoofing work(The original yt does not need to be working it just need to be here)
I just tried what you recommended and I was able to sign-in BUT It doesn't function properly beyond that.
Since ReX switched to RV GMS Core in their latest release, I ran it, but it closed immediately upon launch.
So, it cannot be used to login and use any gapps, even modified. As oSum mentioned, it's an upstream issue and at this point, the RV team can't do much about it.
This is not a support channel for unofficial patches. Move to their respective places.

download the YouTube app from Aurora store or anywhere it work as a spoof.(No GMS required) Then, the revanced can run work normal.
I have yt19.11.43 from apkmirror installed and it still doesn't work
When I try to sign in, I get this error:
It will probably be difficult, but the option for a huawei login is necessary for huawei users like myself.
Like @LisoUseInAIKyrios mentioned here, sooner or later almost all users will be affected by this.
A (maybe) possible solution
A few months ago, I opened an isuue about huawei login, where the main dev gave us this explanation.
Another user provided a somewhat working solution that allows signing in microG, but which doesn't work when signing in actual gapps.
What if, alongside the main RV GMS Core release, there's a -hw one that allows signing in to ReVanced on huawei, also provided that the main -hw release adds proper support for more huawei devices in the future.
Another (maybe) possible solution could be doing this.
